Of course, we offer service agreements. Residential agreement includes two maintenance inspections per year to help prevent breakdowns, maintain efficiency, lengthen equipment life and lower utility cost. This plan includes replacement of pleated air filter at each inspection and washing of condenser coil in the Spring. We will advise you of any needed repairs and no repairs will be made without your approval. Your maintenance inspections will be scheduled in the early Spring and Fall pre-season, during our normal business hours.

They are not the same. For basic 1"–4" air filters, manufacturers typically tell you to replace them every 30–60 days. If you suffer from light to moderate allergies, you could install a better air filter or replace them even more regularly.

Another option if you live a more rural spot or less occupied residence (like a vacation residence) and there are fewer cars around, yearly could be regular enough.
